Massena Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit and Medical/Surgical Unit both recently celebrated a milestone achievement in patient care. The nursing teams both successfully completed 60 days of patient fall prevention without incident. To celebrate, both staffs held a pizza party in recognition of their achievements.
“I’m extremely proud of all of the staff because it takes a team to have the best patient experience. This milestone of 60 days with zero patient falls is just another example of the great care we give our patients at MMH everyday,” said Deborah Cameron, RN, Medical/Surgical/ICU Nursing Director.
