Dr. Summermatter talked about why he chose MMH’s North Country Women’s Health and what skills he brings as an OB/GYN.
Why did you choose MMH and North Country Women’s Health?
Dr. Summermatter: “I was a student at Clarkson and earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at this school. I really liked the location and all that it has to offer. There are great communities throughout St. Lawrence County and the people were always so nice. I also chose MMH because there seemed to be a need for providers who specialize in women’s health. I am glad that I am able to contribute to filling that need.”
Why should someone seeking care choose you?
Dr. Summermatter: “I come to MMH and North Country Women’s Health with many years of experience. I have had a private practice and worked at several group practices throughout my career. These opportunities allowed me to treat patients with diverse needs and expand my knowledge and skills as an OB/GYN. Furthermore, my patients are my priority. I am committed to providing high quality care to every patient.”
What is the most important thing to you in delivering patient care?
Dr. Summermatter: “The most important thing to me in delivering care is doing my absolute best to ensure that I provide quality care to every one of my patients. My patients deserve the highest quality care, and I strive to provide that.”
