    * Diagnosis & treatment of acute illness
    * Monitoring & treatment of chronic illness
    * Acceptance of most insurance
    * Referral to specialists when necessary
    * Well child and immunizations
    * Laboratory tests through MMH
    * Emergency treatment & referral to Massena Memorial Hospital
    * Part of the North Country Family Health Network sponsored by Massena Memorial Hospital
