Massena Memorial Hospital Expands Campus with new Medical Office Building
Final blueprints are being reviewed on the $3.9 million medical office building that will be a 20,300 square foot facility. The facility will have two levels; the top level of the building will accommodate 10 to 12 medical practitioners. The first phase of the construction will complete the medical suites on the top level along with a beautiful sun-lit atrium, Phlebotomy center, conference room, and a comfortable patient/visitor waiting area. The design takes advantage of natural lighting which is comforting to the patients.
The second phase is the completion and design of the lower level, which will have a separate entrance which faces the Grasse River. The Medical Suites will be built to the providers specifications.
This project is an expansion of the Massena Memorial Hospital campus and the building will be located across from the hospital on the corners of Maple Street and West Avenue. Entrance to the facility will be from Maple Street.
