The Medical Imaging Department at Massena Memorial offers you skill and a heartfelt commitment to delivering excellence each patient. Our staff of radiologic technologists is a group of well-trained, highly motivated caring individuals who are overseen by board certified radiologists with subspecialty training.  They provide Radiologic services to all age groups.

The Medical Imaging Department offers the latest in diagnostic and interventional imaging services.  Each year, approximately 40,000 procedures are performed with state-of-the-art equipment including, MRI , PET Scanning, CT, mammography with R2 Checker® and stereotactic mammography, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound.

 

Massena Memorial Hospital offers a private area for mammograms, bone density testing, and ultrasound in the

Women’s Imaging Center a center dedicated to the health of women. 

 

Massena Memorial Hospital is also proud to provide to our Radiology patients RadiologyInfo , a patient education Web site sponsored by the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.  The site currently provides patients with information on diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology, and radiation therapy.
