Human Resources: Human Resources Assistant
This full-time position is responsible for assisting in the overall administration of human resource functions including : benefits, payroll, on-boarding, training, labor management, employee relations, performance evaluations, policies and procedures enforcement, federal/state/civil service regulation compliance, other regulatory compliance, employee selection, record management, etc. The employee will act as a liaison to personnel such as, management, employees, civil service, insurance companies, benefit vendors, regulatory agencies, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work with all levels of staff and have the ability to multi-task, sustain a highly productive work environment, and function effectively under pressure. Meditech experience, knowledge of human resources, payroll and civil service preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college and two years experience in employee benefits, recruitment, payroll, labor relations, or personnel administration OR a high school/GED diploma and four years experience as described.
