Job Position Code: Practice Mgr.

Massena Memorial Hospital is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee day to day office operations. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business and at least 3 years experience managing a physician office with multiple providers. Master’s degree preferred. Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, delegation and team building skills, as well as strong customer service strategies. Experience implementing or working with an electronic medical record preferred. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, coaching & counseling skills. The successful candidate will be able to work well with physicians and able to create & sustain a highly productive & efficient work environment. Candidate must have demonstrated & comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle management (billing, collections, reimbursement, insurance plans, insurance authorizations, etc.) in a physician practice setting. Ability to multi-task and function effectively under pressure is a must.
