Massena Memorial Hospital Gift Shop will be having a "Blue Star Sale" in the gift shop, giving patrons wearing blue 10% off their purchase with some exclusion. The nutritional services department will also offer a free complementary vegetable or fruit for those wearing blue. A colon healthy lunch will also be offered in the cafeteria.

People with Celiac cannot eat gluten that is found in wheat, barley, rye, and to a lesser extent oats. If you or someone you know has celiac come and share questions, concerns and recipes that work for you. Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month.
