Welcome to our website...

Thank you for visiting Massena Memorial Hospital’s web site. I hope you find that the information we provide is useful and educational.

We are pleased to introduce “It’s About Time” the MMH's smart phone app including our real time Non Urgent Emergency Room Provider Wait Time. Now patients with non-urgent problems can see in advance how long it takes on average to see a provider,” explained Bob Wolleben, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer. “MMH is first to share ER treatment times and reflects our commitment to provide patients with information they can use in their medical care. MMH has the best ER door to discharge time in the North Country.  Our smart phone app is one way of spreading the news.”

Below you can now see the current non-urgent wait times. It will refresh every 15 minutes.
