Could you have pre-diabetes?
You could be eligible for the Diabetes Prevention Program, a 16-week lifestyle modification program. Even if you are at risk, you can prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes by learning how to change your life.
How can Diabetes be prevented?
The main goals of the program are to lose 5-7% of body weight and keep it off and become more physically active. Lifestyle change is not easy, but the goals of this program are reachable.
